Michael McManaman is the Founder and Managing Partner of Executive Search Partners. Michael began his recruiting career at an international firm as an executive recruiter and became Area Vice President responsible for operations in New England. Serving as a Senior Vice President for a global search practice, he has successfully conducted searches both locally, regionally and throughout North America.

Michael has over twelve years of executive search experience across a broad spectrum of industries and functions, including Accounting/Finance, Executive Management, Senior Administrative/Office, Technical, Engineering, General Management, Human Resources, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Operations, and Sales & Marketing. Michael successfully completes chief executive, senior executive and management search projects. As our managing partner, he continues to be heavily involved in every personnel search. His unique ability to define our clients’ specific needs then identify top-level talent sets him apart. Michael has developed a unique and highly successful search methodology that has resulted in a 98% successful search completion rate.

Michael is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island and is a Marine Corps veteran. He is a Certified Personnel Consultant, and frequent industry speaker on personnel search.
