CONFIDENTIALITY
Organizations making a strategic executive change often require that the search be conducted on a confidential basis. At the same time, executives being considered for the position must also be highly discreet as they negotiate with a potential future employer.
OUR GUARANTEE
Executive Search Partners will guarantee any individual hired through our assistance for up to a period of one full year as long as the position requirements do not change substantially. If that person leaves the company within that time, we will replace the professional at no cost to the organization, other than out of pocket expenses.
OFF-LIMITS POLICY
Executive Search Partners will not recruit from a client for one year following the completion of the last search assignment, and will never recruit the candidate hired by our client.
